There are too many ways that someone can use the computer against you these days, so you do all that you can to try to protect yourself. When people do not listen to what is told to them, they tend to get caught up in the traps that are laid down by black hat hackers. Instead of learning how to open a port on their firewall settings, they turn the whole thing off and leave themselves vulnerable. This is not good strategy for anyone to use. Just read the manual that came with the software or go to their web site if it didn’t come with a manual. Learn how to set your firewall up properly so that you can use your favorite programs and remain safe at the same time.
